HOW IT WORKS

In collaboration with some of the world’s leading minds, our Travel Designers create journeys to destinations across the globe. The journeys on our website can be booked as they are or personalised to your individual travel preferences. We can also create entirely bespoke journeys around your personal passions.

1. HOW DO YOU WANT TO TRAVEL

The process of creating your personalised experience begins with a conversation with one of our Travel Designers. This is an opportunity for The Luminaire to learn more about your personal passions and inspirations for travel and for our team to share their own advice and travel experience.

2. DESIGNING YOUR JOURNEY

Equipped with this information and in collaboration with our global network of partners and experts, our Travel Designers begin building a proposal to help bring your passions to life in visceral and inspiring ways. 

 

A proposed itinerary will then be shared for you to review, and will be refined by our Travel Designers until you are completely satisfied.

3. THE FINAL ITINERARY

Before departure, a Travel Designer will share your final itinerary. This guide will contain hints and tips, restaurant recommendations and all the necessary details for your trip to run smoothly.

4. PRE-DEPARTURE

Approximately a week before your travel experience, or at your convenience, your travel designer will arrange a pre-departure phone call, running through the components of your trip in detail and answering final questions you may have.

5. ON THE GROUND ASSISTANCE

The Luminaire and our partners on the ground will remain on hand for the entirety of your trip, providing any assistance if necessary.

6. POST-TRIP

Following your travel experience, your travel designer will arrange a post-journey call, at your convenience. This is an opportunity to discuss your experience and any feedback you may have.
